I'm going to assume this is a monkey that is young. Tempting a tiger to "catch you" by smacking him in the head and pulling the tiger's tail is not the smartest thing. It would only take one good smack from the a href="http://www.diyhomecenter.com/tigerclaw/"Tiger Claw/a to realize the monkey made a mistake by not taking this very seriously.
